Costume Information

Thank you to those helping with costumes for Elf!

Here are the coordinators for different costume groups:

Elves: Savannah Jensen (savannahsue101@gmail.com)

Black or dark shoes, black socks, and black pants or leggings. Girls-- hair doe in a way that an elf hat can go on heads without falling off (low pony tails, braids, or down with the front back). White shirts (if possible please wear long sleeve) You will be wearing an elf top over these clothes with a belt.

After the North Pole scene, you will change into school clothes with jackets or coats. Not everyone has to wear a coat. Solid bright colors (no pink and purple please) with some beanies, knit gloves, and scarves would be great.

Dancers: Ronda Goodell (goodelfam@msn.com)

Black leggings with black flats, jazz shoes, or black ballet slippers (nothing that can fall off) Christmas sweaters.

Police and New Yorkers: Bekah Johnson (bekahdru@hotmail.com)

Suits (office workers): Nicole Nelson (nicolenelson13@gmail.com)

Leads (Santa, Buddy, Hobbs family, fake Santa): Angie White (anwplus5@gmail.com)

We have a few borrowed dress coats from the theater for dancers or office workers if you are looking for one. If adult characters don't have coats, please find a scarf and gloves. :)

Please contact your coordinator if you have questions. If you need something, go to a friend, neighbor, the Di, or someone in the other cast before purchasing! We want this to be as little of a burden as possible.

To students with speaking parts, PLEASE practice your lines at home loud and slowly, and practice with someone else following with a script. Always practice starting with the line BEFORE you start speaking, so you are used to hearing your cue. Remember sometimes mics don't work, and the audience wants to hear what you have to say!

Get lots of rest this week! Many students have been sick, and we want everyone on the mend before show week. Every cast member is important!!

Tickets will be on sale Weds afternoon at 3:30 if you need to buy more. Thank you for our ticket committee for making awesome tickets and being available to sell them. Tickets will also be available at the door for each performance.

Thank you to Leslie Stevens for coming early to take care of sound. We couldn't do it without you and your family, Leslie!

We need big voices this week everyone! Come to rehearsal ready to sing.

10 Days and counting! :)
