Elf Updates 1/21

We have had an amazing few weeks! Everyone is working hard and learning quickly! There are a few more small parts to learn, and now it is time to PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!

WEEK 4

January 23 (Mon) : 7:30 Macy's Dancers at the church (Sparkle jolly)

7:30: All other 5th and 6th graders in the gym (Starting at scene 2 in order)

The week 5 schedule will be posted this week. As your kids learned today, there is A LOT to work on! The whole cast moves on and off throughout the entire show, so please make every effort to be at every rehearsal.

As always, do not send your sick student to rehearsal if they are too sick to attend school (fever, vomiting, strep). Please do send an email if your student is sick because we need them at rehearsal. Please also send a reminder before a rehearsal if you have a scheduled event that will prevent your student from coming (wedding, soccer tournament). If your student is absent, PLEASE have them talk to other cast members and their counterpart to find out what was missed.

Here is a list of songs EVERYONE needs to learn and review. You can find them by searching "Elf Jr Soundtrack" on youTube and can sing along with and without words. Next week we will start singing at rehearsal with accompaniment only, but you can practice at home to review!
